There's nothing soft about these southerners. Get some magnificent sport with the Mahseer of the Kauveri River
7 night/8 day holiday, fishing for Mahseer in south India
It's a mistake to think that all the best fishing in India is up north in the Himalayan foothills; the Deccan Plateau has some fabulously clear, rock-bedded rivers and streams, ideal for Mahseer and other predatory species.
We have chosen to fish the Kauveri River on sections between Bangaluru and Mysuru. This means little time is wasted on access and you can enjoy full days teasing the big fish out of their deep pools.
Please note: This fishing holiday starts in Bangaluru (Airport Code, BLR) for maximum flexibility. Through our agents in India we can provide you with all the assistance you need to get there from your international portal, including any domestic flights, trains, transfers or accommodation.
If you would like to extend your holiday with other services in India then we can provide a free quotation on request.
